This policy explains how Byte & Stack handles information provided through the website and subsequent correspondence. Effective 26 July 2026.
You may provide your name, company, work email, website, project context, desired outcome, current systems, budget range and intended start date. The website form prepares this information as an email draft on your device. It is not sent until you send that email.
You can attach a brief, screenshots or workflow notes to your email. Do not send passwords, private keys, production credentials, payment-card data, regulated personal data or confidential material that is not needed for the initial enquiry. We can arrange an NDA and a more appropriate transfer method before sensitive project material is shared.
Enquiry information is used to understand the request, assess fit, reply, prepare a proposal or next step, arrange a conversation and maintain a reasonable record of business correspondence. It is not sold.
Email, hosting, scheduling and other business service providers may process information as part of delivering their services. Byte & Stack is based in Pakistan and works remotely with clients in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, so business correspondence may be processed across borders.
Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining business records, resolving disputes or meeting legal obligations. You may request deletion of enquiry information, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate legal or contractual reasons.
Reasonable technical and organisational care is used for business information, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Project-specific access controls, confidentiality terms and data-handling responsibilities are agreed before delivery begins.
You may ask what enquiry information is held, request a correction or deletion, or object to further contact. Rights can vary by location and may be subject to lawful exceptions.
